We primarily work with Canadian North Airlines and other third-party carriers to fulfill deliveries. Please note the following important policies:

Friendship Fast Inc. is not liable for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. This includes, but is not limited to, weather delays, misrouting, lost freight, or delivery errors.

Once a shipment has been handed off to the carrier, all responsibility lies with the carrier (e.g., Canadian North Airlines).

Customers are advised to track their shipments directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.

For any issues related to lost or delayed shipments, customers must contact the carrier (e.g., Canadian North) directly.

We are happy to assist by providing documentation or proof of shipment upon request, but we do not take responsibility for third-party carrier performance.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our shipping services and the regions we serve, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Orders are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
